Ethika Worklife exists for the first: the ordinary days, the benefits people actually use, run as a company in its own right rather than a feature on a broker’s website.

How it’s built
Built the unfashionable way.
No venture round, no growth-at-all-costs playbook, no investor upstream of the customer. The Ethika group has been bootstrapped and profitable from the start, and Worklife is built the same way, which sounds quaint until you ask what it buys you as a client.
It buys you this: the only people we answer to are the companies paying us and the employees using the wallet. Nobody is pushing us to gate the pricing, harvest the data, or inflate the numbers for a fundraise deck. The open calculator, the ungated guides and the “usage, not identities” rule are not marketing choices. They are what a business looks like when it only has customers to please.
Group figures are labelled “Ethika group” because that is what they are. Worklife’s own numbers will stand here on their own as they mature, and not a day sooner.

The short version of over a decade.
The Ethika group is founded in Hyderabad, an insurance broking firm built around a simple idea: someone should fight for the claim. We do.
The company is incorporated as Zuva Worklife Private Limited (18 February 2022, ROC Hyderabad), later renamed Ethika Worklife Private Limited. The everyday half of the two-jobs idea becomes its own company.
ethikaworklife.tech launches as RISE’s own front door.
