Home / Pricing

The number, before the pitch.

Every benefits vendor wants a discovery call before they whisper a price. We think that is backwards. You cannot budget for a number you have not seen, and you should not have to trade your phone number to see it.

About ₹3,000 per employee per year → benefits worth up to ₹10,000 per employee + family.Indicative at partner providers’ standard prices, excluding GST. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before you commit, and nothing changes after that except by agreement.
Your number

One input. Your indication. Nothing captured.

This calculator asks for headcount only: no email, no phone, no company name, and nothing you type here is stored or sent anywhere. The number on your screen is yours to walk away with, and we will not call you about it because we cannot.

The honest maths

How ₹3,000 buys up to ₹10,000.

There is no trick, and there is definitely no magic. There is bulk.

A consultation that costs one person ₹600 at the counter costs materially less when contracted across every RISE member at once. The same is true of pharmacy, counselling sessions, health checks and the perks membership. Your ₹3,000 buys at our contracted group rates; the “up to ₹10,000” is what the same usage would cost your employee at the partner providers’ standard prices.

Two honest caveats, stated rather than buried. First, “up to” means exactly that: the realised value depends on what your people actually use, and an unused wallet delivered nobody anything. Second, the ₹10,000 is indicative because providers’ standard prices move; the contracted inclusions in your agreement are what is guaranteed.

The chain, in four links

  1. You pay per employee per year: one line item finance can plan around, about ₹3,000, excluding GST.
  2. We contract providers at group rates: doctors, pharmacies, counsellors, gyms, the perks membership, across all RISE members, not just your company.
  3. Each employee spends the wallet on their own life: at those group rates, across all four life areas.
  4. The value gap is the point: what they used, priced at providers’ standard rates, is worth up to₹10,000 per employee and family. Indicative, and honestly labelled as such.

On-site events

The rules we hold ourselves to

Three pricing promises, in writing.

The price comes before your data

You saw the number before we knew your name. That is the design, not an accident. No gated calculators, no “book a demo for pricing”, no quote held hostage to a call.

Confirmed in writing before you commit

The final price, every limit and every inclusion goes on paper before signature. If it is not in the agreement, it is not a term, in either direction.

No games at renewal

No urgency timers, no expiring quotes, no “this price is only valid this week”. The price rises 10% each year at renewal, unless agreed otherwise.

Over 5,000 lives?

At your scale, this page is the wrong tool.

Multi-entity structures, phased rollouts, white-label scope and legacy transitions all move the commercials. So for organisations above 5,000 lives, the model is built in the room, on paper, before you sign. The open-pricing promise still holds: the full commercial model before any commitment, nothing discovered later.

Honest answers

The money questions, answered like a buyer would ask them.

Is ₹3,000 the actual price or a teaser?

It is the working number: ₹3,000 per employee per year, excluding GST, with no asterisk games. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before you commit.

Is GST included?

No. Prices on this page exclude GST, and GST at 18% is added. Tax should be arithmetic, not a surprise.

What happens to an unused wallet at year end?

It lapses. Unused wallet balance does not carry over to the next year.

Is there a minimum team size?

Yes: 10 employees. On-site events run from 50+ lives either way.

What about joiners and leavers mid-year?

An employee who joins mid-year is charged the full amount for the year. A leaver’s unused balance lapses.

Can we buy modules separately, or skip some?

No. RISE is one wallet with all five modules, at one price. That is a product decision, not a pricing trick: the wallet works because each person picks what their life needs from the whole map, and a stripped-down tier quietly recreates the problem RISE exists to fix.

Is any of this insurance premium?

No. RISE is not an insurance product, there is no policy, no premium and no claim, and nothing on this page is a premium quotation. Insurance, where referenced anywhere on this site, is provided only by the licensed broker named in the footer.

You have the number. The rest is detail.

That was the whole point of this page: you now know roughly what RISE costs your team, and you found out without surrendering an email address. When you are ready, the conversation starts from your number, not from a discovery script.
