Home / RISE: the master product
RISE. One wallet. Everything your people actually use.
Not twelve vendors, twelve logins and a benefits PDF nobody opens. One wallet per employee, covering health, counselling, engagement, learning and perks, priced per employee per year, and run for you end to end.
Ethika Worklife Private Limited · This is not an insurance product.
Most benefits programmes fail quietly.
Not because HR chose badly. Because the model is broken: a dozen vendors, each with its own app, its own login, its own enrolment window. The gym benefit suits the 26-year-olds. The health check suits the 45-year-olds. Everyone else pays for both and uses neither.
Then renewal comes, finance asks what the spend achieved, and nobody has an honest answer.
A wallet fixes the mismatch. Same budget per person, spent by each person on what their own life needs this year.
Priya and Rahul get the same wallet. They spend it on different lives.
Priya
28. Runs marathons. Sleeps well. Sees a doctor about once a year, usually about her knee.
- Gym & fitness: where most of her wallet goes
- Teleconsults: the knee, at 10 pm, without a waiting room
- Pharmacy: physio tape and the occasional prescription
- Nutrition: a plan for race season
Rahul
38. New dad. Hasn't slept properly in four months. Hasn't thought about himself in five.
- Annual health check: the one he's postponed twice
- Counselling: confidential, at a time the baby allows
- Kids' care: paediatric consults from the wallet
- Parenting support: because nobody hands you a manual
Illustrative personas, not real employees. What each benefit pays is contractual and stated before you sign.
Everything in the wallet, in four areas of life.

Doctor OP consultations
See a doctor, in person or by phone, and pay from the wallet at actuals, capped. No claim form, because there is no claim.
Part of the Employee Health Program module inside the wallet.Three things worth knowing before you ask anything else.
One balance, whole family
The wallet belongs to the employee and covers their family too. A doctor visit for a child draws from the same balance, in the same app.
We run everything
Providers, bookings, helplines, on-site events, the app itself. Your team calls us, not a vendor list. HR's job is about five minutes a month.
No fine-print surprises
Every limit is contractual and stated before you sign. What a benefit pays is written down, not discovered at the counter.
Doctor visits and pharmacy live inside the wallet.
No separate OPD plan needed
Doctor OP consultations and pharmacy are wallet benefits, paid at actuals, capped. There is no claim to file because there is no claim: the wallet pays, the visit happens, HR sees usage totals and nothing else.
If you are currently paying for an OPD rider on your insurance, compare what it costs against what it actually pays out. That comparison is often the entire business case for RISE.
This is not an insurance product. Limits are contractual, stated before you sign.
The wallet lives on a phone. We also show up in person.
Health at the office
- Annual health camp: an 83-parameter check
- Skin, ENT, vision and dental days
- Orientation sessions for new joiners
- Grief counselling, when a team needs it
Safety & skills
- First aid, CPR and BLS training
- Fire drill
- Ergonomics workshop
- PoSH awareness workshop
For teams of 50+ lives, scheduled within 10 working days.
Usage, not identities.
One view of what your people are drawing from the wallet: bookings made, value used, events attended. Never who called the counsellor. Never which medicine was ordered by whom. That line is contractual, in writing.
It is also the answer to the renewal-time question. When finance asks what the benefits spend achieved, you open one page instead of chasing twelve vendors.
Four steps from a conversation to a working wallet.
Talk to us
Headcount, cities, what your team keeps asking HR for. One conversation.
Confirm in writing
Price, limits and inclusions on paper before you commit. No fine print discovered later.
We enrol your team
You share the employee list. We handle the app, the wallets, the onboarding session.
People start using it
Bookings from week one. HR checks the usage view once a month. That's the job.
Before you ask.
Who counts as family?
The wallet belongs to the employee and covers their family too. Family means spouse and children, and the exact definition is set out plainly in your company's plan before you sign, because it changes what the wallet is worth to your people.
Where are the limits written down?
In the contract, before you sign. Every cap, whether consultations, pharmacy or sessions, is contractual, not a policy discovered at the point of use. If a number on this page says “up to”, the exact figure exists in writing and you see it before committing.
What happens to our employees' data?
It runs the benefit and nothing else. Health and usage data is never sold, never used to profile or advertise, and never shown to the employer at an individual level. HR sees aggregated usage only. Consents are specific, unticked by default, and revocable.
Is this insurance?
No. RISE is a wellness and benefits programme with no policy, no insurer and no claim. It runs alongside your existing insurance without touching it. Insurance, where referenced, is provided only by the licensed broker named in the footer.
A company has two jobs for its people.
Help them rise. Protect them when they fall. RISE is the first job: the everyday one, the one your people feel on an ordinary Tuesday. Done properly, in one wallet, at a price you saw before we knew your name.
