Ethika Hub. One app for your people, one view for HR.

The platform is not the product. The wallet is. But the wallet has to live somewhere your people will actually open, and report somewhere HR can actually trust. That is the Hub’s whole job, and this page shows both halves with sample data.

Ethika Worklife Private Limited · This is not an insurance product.

The two halves

The employee’s app. HR’s portal. Deliberately different views.

The employee’s app

Sample data.

  • The whole wallet in one place: balance, family, all four life areas
  • Bookings without claim forms; consultations, pharmacy, counselling
  • The confidentiality promise printed on the booking screen itself
  • Sessions, courses, certificates, gratitude cards and perks

HR’s portal

Sample data.

  • Aggregate utilisation by module, site and entity, measured against your baseline
  • On-site event scheduling in one request
  • Enrolment status for joiners and leavers, file-based
  • QBR exports that match what the portal shows: one number, everywhere
  • Numbers suppressed below the aggregation threshold
The line the platform is built on

Usage, not identities.

The two views above are different on purpose, and the difference is the product’s spine. The employee’s app knows everything about them. It has to, to serve them. HR’s portal knows nothing about any individual. It must not, or the counselling benefit dies the day someone wonders who can see it.

So the separation is architectural, not a report setting: individual usage never reaches the employer view, small numbers are suppressed entirely, and the promise appears in the employer’s contract and on the employee’s booking screen. In writing, twice.

Data care

What we do with the data, said plainly.

It runs the benefit. Nothing else.

Health and usage data exists to book the consultation, fill the prescription, connect the counsellor. It is never sold, never used to profile or advertise, never repurposed.

Consent, done the unfashionable way

Specific, purpose-limited, unticked by default, revocable. No personal data in URLs or analytics. The consent architecture is documented in the DPA pack.

Minimum collection

We hold what the benefit needs and nothing speculative. Partner integrations, like perks activation, receive the minimum fields, only on that person’s consent.

Reviewable, on request

Residency, retention, sub-processors, certifications and breach commitments live in the Security & DPA pack: the one gated asset on this site, built for your infosec review.

White-label: your brand on the front, the Hub behind it

For organisations that want the programme inside their employer brand, the app and portal carry your identity. Your people open “YourCo Wellbeing”, HR opens your branded portal, and the Hub runs everything behind them to the same SLA. Standard at enterprise tier, available where it makes sense elsewhere.

Get the app

On both stores.

Employees of client companies download the app from the stores and sign in with their work enrolment. There is no public sign-up, because the wallet only exists for enrolled teams.

Store badges are trademark artwork used under each store’s brand rules.

Honest answers

Before you ask.

Is the platform sold separately from RISE?

No. The Hub is how RISE is delivered, not a product on its own. You buy the wallet, the platform comes with it. That is also why this page has no pricing of its own; the maths lives on the pricing page.

Can HR ever see an individual’s usage, even for a safety concern?

No, and the answer stays no under pressure. That is what makes the counselling benefit usable. Where an individual case is severe, the response runs through the professional pathways inside the Assistance Program, not through a report to the employer.

What about employees without smartphones?

The app is one doorway, not the only one. Assisted enrolment and the phone helpline carry the wallet to teams the app doesn’t reach, which matters most on factory floors. See the manufacturing route.

Two views, one promise between them.

The app gives your people the whole wallet without a single claim form. The portal gives HR the whole picture without a single name. The wall between the two is not a feature. It is the reason both halves work. That is the platform, and it comes with the wallet.
