Home / RISE / Perks: a module inside the wallet

The Friday-evening half of the wallet.

Health checks and counselling carry the serious half of RISE. This module carries the other half, a Times Prime membership in every wallet, so the same benefit that books a doctor on Tuesday pays for the movie on Friday.

Includedin every wallet, for every enrolled employee. The offers inside are set by Times Prime.

Every RISE wallet includes a Times Prime membership, the subscription bundle from Times Internet that stacks offers and memberships across everyday spending. What is inside moves as their partner line-up moves.

What we will put in writing is simpler: the membership itself is included in the wallet, activated for every enrolled employee.

The complete module

Six categories of everyday life.

The membership spans six categories. Specific brands and offers inside each are set by Times Prime and change over time. The categories below are the everyday areas the membership covers.

Food & dining

Everyday savings on eating out and ordering in.

Entertainment & OTT

Streaming subscriptions and movie offers.

Shopping

Offers across the brands people already buy from.

Travel

Flights, stays and getaways at member rates.

Health & fitness

Gyms, wellness and everyday self-care.

Learning & lifestyle

Courses, reading and the small extras of a good week.

Times Prime is a product of Times Internet Limited. Brand name used to describe the included membership.

Getting it working

Activated in three steps, from inside the app.

1

Open the Perks card

The membership sits in the RISE app, in the Everyday & perks area of the wallet.

2

Activate with consent

One tap, one specific consent, unticked by default, to share the minimum details Times Prime needs to create the membership.

3

Use it everywhere

The membership works wherever Times Prime works. The offers live in their app, the benefit lives in yours.

Two experiences, one module

What your people get. What HR sees.

The employee

  • A Times Prime membership they did not have to buy
  • Activation in one tap, with one clearly worded consent
  • Offers on the things they were spending on anyway

HR

  • Activation numbers in aggregate: the easiest adoption stat in the wallet
  • A benefit that markets itself internally; no reminder emails needed
  • Zero administration: the membership is provisioned by us
  • Never sees what anyone redeemed, watched or ordered
Said plainly

Two things this module is not.

The offers are not ours to promise.
The membership is included by us; what is inside it is set by Times Prime and changes as their partner line-up changes. What we guarantee contractually is the inclusion of the membership itself.
This is not an insurance product.
There is no policy, no insurer, no claim. Perks are a lifestyle benefit inside the RISE wallet, with inclusions stated contractually before you sign. Insurance, where referenced anywhere on this site, is provided only by the licensed broker named in the footer.
Honest answers

Before you ask.

What data goes to Times Prime?

The minimum needed to create a membership, shared only after the employee's specific, unticked-by-default consent at activation, never before, and never for anyone who chooses not to activate.

How long is the membership valid?

The membership is provisioned for every enrolled employee and refreshes with the wallet. The exact validity period and what happens at wallet renewal are stated plainly in your agreement before you sign.

What if someone already has Times Prime?

The membership is included per enrolled employee as part of the wallet. Existing-member handling is covered in your onboarding so nobody ends up with a duplicate they can't use.

Does the family get it too?

The membership is per enrolled employee. Many of the offers inside naturally cover household spending, so the value reaches the family even where a separate membership does not.

Benefits should show up on good days too.

Most of what a company gives its people is built for hard moments, and rightly so. But a wallet that only opens on bad days gets forgotten. Perks are the reason your team opens the app on an ordinary Friday, and everything else in RISE is one tap away when they do. That is not a gimmick. That is the adoption strategy.
