Home / RISE / Employee Health Program: a module inside the wallet

The doctor visit that actually happens.

Most health benefits are built for the hospital day that may never come. This module is built for the ordinary ones: the fever on a Tuesday, the prescription refill, the check-up postponed twice. All paid from the RISE wallet, at actuals, capped, with no claim to file.

The two benefits people use most

Doctor visits and pharmacy, from the wallet.

Doctor OP consultations

See a doctor, in person or by phone, and the wallet pays at actuals, capped. No claim form, no reimbursement chase, no explaining a 400-rupee consultation to a TPA. The visit happens, the wallet settles it.

Pharmacy

Order medicines against a prescription and the wallet pays at actuals, capped. The refill your people keep paying for out of pocket becomes the benefit they feel every month.

No separate OPD plan needed

If you are paying for an OPD rider on your insurance, compare what it costs against what it actually pays out. Consultations and pharmacy already live inside this wallet. Most teams buying a standalone OPD add-on are paying twice for the same visits.

This is not an insurance product. Limits are contractual, stated before you sign.

The complete module

Everything in one wallet, zero logins to remember.

Annual health check

The 83-parameter check, at the office or at home. It is the one everyone postpones until it comes to them.

24×7 teleconsults

A qualified doctor on the phone at 2 am, because a child's fever does not keep clinic hours.

Gym & fitness

Gym and fitness partners paid from the wallet: the benefit the 26-year-olds actually asked for.

Dental

Dental consultations and care days: the category almost every insurance policy quietly leaves out.

Vision

Eye checks and vision care days, because eight hours of screen a day is now a standard job description.

Nutrition

Nutritionist consultations and plans: not a diet chart PDF, a person to check in with.

Two experiences, one module

What your people get. What HR sees.

The employee

  • Opens the app, books a doctor, done, and no claim form exists
  • Orders a refill against a prescription, wallet pays
  • Gets the 83-parameter check at their desk or their door
  • Calls a doctor at 2 am and someone answers
  • Family draws from the same wallet, same app

HR

  • Sees usage totals: consultations booked, value drawn, camps held
  • Never sees who saw which doctor or ordered what medicine
  • Schedules an on-site health day in one message to us
  • Answers finance at renewal with one page, not twelve vendors
  • Spends about five minutes a month on the whole thing
Said plainly

Two things this module is not.

This is not medical advice.
Nothing on this page, in the app, or in a wellness session is a diagnosis or a treatment decision. The consultations connect your people to qualified, independent medical professionals. The medical judgement is theirs and the patient’s, never ours. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital first.
This is not an insurance product.
There is no policy, no insurer, no claim. Benefits are paid from the wallet at actuals, capped, and every limit is contractual, stated before you sign, not discovered at the counter. Insurance, where referenced anywhere on this site, is provided only by the licensed broker named in the footer.
Honest answers

Before you ask.

Does the family get these benefits too?

Yes. The wallet covers the employee's spouse and children from the same balance, in the same app. The exact family definition is set out in your company's plan.

Which cities does this work in?

Teleconsults and pharmacy delivery are location-independent; in-person consultations, gym partners and on-site days depend on the network list for your city.

Is a health check at our office included in the price?

On-site health days, including the 83-parameter camp, run for teams of 50+ lives, scheduled within 10 working days.

Who sees the medical data?

The employee and their doctor. HR sees aggregated usage only, never identities, never diagnoses, never prescriptions. Health data runs the benefit and nothing else: never sold, never used to profile or advertise.

Is this insurance, or does it replace ours?

Neither. It is a wellness module, not a policy, and it runs alongside whatever insurance you already have without touching it. Your broker stays your broker, your renewal stays your renewal.

Insurance is for the worst day. This is for the other 364.

The fever, the refill, the check-up, the 2 am call: the health moments your people actually have, paid from one wallet, with no claim form in sight. It is one module inside RISE, and it works best with the rest of the wallet around it.
