Home / RISE / Employee Learning: a module inside the wallet

Courses people finish.

Not a library of ten thousand videos nobody opens. Three structured courses on the things adult life actually tests, built to be completed, with a certificate at the end that means the person genuinely went through it.

The complete module

Three courses. Start to finish, not start to abandon.

Certificate on completion

Cybersecurity & DPDP

Short course · certificate on completion

The everyday habits that keep a company, and a person, safe online, and what India's data-protection law asks of everyone.

  • Phishing, passwords and the small mistakes that cost most
  • Handling personal data the way the DPDP Act expects
  • What to do the moment something looks wrong

Certificate on completion

The module ships with these three real courses, built to be finished, not stacked into a library nobody opens.

Finishing means something

A certificate for the person, not for the file.

Every completed course earns a certificate the employee keeps, in the app and as a download. It marks that a person actually went through the material, not that a video played in a background tab.

HR sees completion in aggregate: how many finished, which courses move, never a name-by-name study register. Learning is a benefit here, not a performance metric.

Read this before you tick a box

The course is awareness. It is not compliance.

This matters most for PoSH. An awareness course teaches your people the law. It does not, by itself, make your company compliant with it because the PoSH Act asks for more than a training certificate, and companies discover the difference at exactly the wrong moment.

What the course does

  • Every employee understands the law
  • People know how to raise a concern
  • A certificate records the awareness

What compliance also needs

  • A properly constituted Internal Committee
  • The External Member, correctly appointed
  • A policy, and the annual report filing

If the right-hand column raises questions, that is the consultancy’s job, not the course’s.

Talk to the PoSH Advisory practice

Two experiences, one module

What your people get. What HR sees.

The employee

  • Three real courses in the app, started and finished on their own time
  • A certificate they keep, in the app and as a download
  • Material built for a working adult, not a campus
  • No manager watching their progress bar

HR

  • Completion numbers in aggregate, proof the module is alive
  • PoSH awareness rolled out to everyone without chasing a single person
  • A clean line to the advisory when awareness raises compliance questions
  • One more benefit that runs itself, no LMS to administer
Said plainly

Two things this module is not.

This is not statutory compliance.
Completing a course, including the PoSH awareness course, does not by itself satisfy an employer’s legal obligations under any law. Where a course touches a statutory duty, the page says so and routes to the advisory. Compliance questions belong with qualified advisers, not a video player.
This is not an insurance product.
There is no policy, no insurer, no claim. Learning is a wellness benefit inside the RISE wallet, with inclusions stated contractually before you sign. Insurance, where referenced anywhere on this site, is provided only by the licensed broker named in the footer.
Honest answers

Before you ask.

How long is each course?

Each course is short by design, sized to be finished in one or two sittings, with the exact duration shown on the course before you start.

Does the PoSH course make us compliant?

No. And any vendor who says yes is selling you a problem. The course makes your people aware of the law. Compliance additionally needs a properly constituted Internal Committee, the External Member, a policy and the annual filing. That is the PoSH Advisory practice, a separate service with its own page.

Can managers see who completed what?

No. Completion is reported in aggregate. The certificate belongs to the employee; the register does not belong to anyone.

Can we add our own courses?

The module ships with the three core courses. Adding your own material is handled with ops case by case. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll walk you through it.

Is this included in the wallet price?

The three courses are part of the Learning module inside RISE. Inclusions are contractual and stated before you sign. See pricing for the open maths.

Three finished courses beat ten thousand unopened ones.

Learning benefits fail the same way gym memberships do, bought in January, abandoned by March. So this module is small on purpose: three courses on money, the law, and life, built to be finished, with a certificate that marks a real completion. One module inside RISE, alongside everything else the wallet holds.
