Home / RISE / Employee Engagement Program: a module inside the wallet

Engagement that isn’t a pizza party.

Most engagement calendars are one town hall, two birthday cakes and a survey nobody answers honestly. This module is a rhythm instead, something small and real every single week, run by us, so it actually keeps happening after month three.

The complete module

Three components, on a weekly rhythm.

Friday Musings

Fridays, 3:30 to 4:45 pm

The weekly live session: one topic, one expert, seventy-five minutes, and a topic never repeated. Ever. Your people join from a link; we handle the speaker, the calendar, the follow-up. Fourteen sample topics below.

Guided meditation

Daily, morning and evening, 30 minutes each

Live guided meditation twice a day, one session in the morning and one in the evening, so there is always a slot outside a packed calendar.

Vitamin ‘H’

In inboxes, regularly

The wellness newsletter: short enough to read with a coffee, useful enough to forward. No corporate padding, no stock-photo positivity.

Never the same session twice

Fourteen Friday Musings, the way they actually run.

A sample of session topics. The range is the point. Some weeks it is money, some weeks it is sleep, some weeks it is the conversation everyone at home has been avoiding.

  1. Sleep is a work skill
  2. The salary is fine, so why is the money stressful?
  3. Talking to your parents about their health
  4. Burnout vs a bad month: telling them apart
  5. The first 90 days of being a parent, honestly
  6. Desk bodies: what sitting is doing to your back
  7. Saying no without burning the bridge
  1. Food on night shifts and deadline weeks
  2. Grief at work: for the griever and the colleague
  3. Your phone, your attention, and who owns which
  4. Tax season without the panic
  5. Raising kids and screens, without the guilt
  6. The check-up you keep postponing
  7. What “work-life balance” means when you love the work
Around the weekly rhythm

And the wider layer HR gets to run with.

Gratitude cards

Peer-to-peer recognition inside the app: a colleague notices, writes a card, and it lands. Costs nothing, and it is the feature people mention months later. Recognition works best sideways, not only top-down.

On-site events

The engagement calendar extends into the office: health days, safety trainings, the 83-parameter camp, PoSH workshops. For teams of 50+ lives, scheduled within 10 working days.

600+ activities

The HR toolkit: a library of 600+ ready-to-run engagement activities, from ten-minute icebreakers to full-day formats, so “what do we do this quarter” is never a blank page again.

Two experiences, one module

What your people get. What HR sees.

The employee

  • A Friday session worth actually joining, on a topic, not on the company
  • Meditation twice daily, morning and evening
  • Vitamin ‘H’ in the inbox, readable in a coffee break
  • A gratitude card from a colleague on an ordinary Wednesday
  • A health day or a workshop that comes to the office

HR

  • A weekly rhythm that runs itself: we book the speakers, send the links
  • Attendance and participation in aggregate, never a name-by-name register
  • A 600+ activity toolkit instead of a blank quarterly plan
  • One message to us to schedule an on-site day
  • Something real to show at the culture conversation, every single week
Said plainly

Two things this module is not.

This is not surveillance dressed as culture.
Sessions, meditation and gratitude cards are participation, not performance data. HR sees engagement in aggregate (how alive the programme is), never an individual’s attendance record. Nobody should skip a session on grief because it goes on a list.
This is not an insurance product.
There is no policy, no insurer, no claim. Engagement components are wellness services inside the RISE wallet, with inclusions stated contractually before you sign. Insurance, where referenced anywhere on this site, is provided only by the licensed broker named in the footer.
Honest answers

Before you ask.

Will our people actually attend?

Attendance follows relevance. Friday Musings run on topics people privately care about (sleep, money, parents, kids), not on corporate themes, and the never-repeated rule means the calendar can’t go stale. We share aggregate participation with HR every month, so the honest answer to this question shows up in your own numbers within a quarter.

Is attendance tracked per person?

No. Participation is reported in aggregate only. Whether a specific person joined the session on burnout is exactly the kind of information an employer should not hold.

Can we request topics?

Yes. HR and employees can both suggest topics, and requests move the calendar. The never-repeated rule still applies: a requested topic gets a fresh session, not a rerun.

What time is the meditation session?

Live, twice daily: one session in the morning and one in the evening, 30 minutes each.

Is this included in the wallet price?

The weekly rhythm (Friday Musings, meditation, Vitamin ‘H’, gratitude cards) is part of the module. On-site events are scheduled with you, and how they are priced is stated in writing before you sign.

Can the 600+ toolkit be used without us?

That is the point of it. The toolkit is HR’s to run: pick an activity, run it yourselves, no dependency on our calendar. We are the weekly rhythm; the toolkit is everything you want to do on top.

Culture is what happens weekly, not annually.

An offsite is a memory. A rhythm is a culture. Seventy-five minutes on a Friday, a quiet sit on a weekday evening, a card from a colleague who noticed: small things, every week, run by someone whose job is to keep them running. It is one module inside RISE, and it is the one your people will talk about.
